SALE items are not eligible for refund, exchange, or store credit.
For US customers, a prepaid return shipping label will be provided at no charge to return your merchandise (free return shipping).
All Returns must be submitted within 30 days of original purchase.

Some Exceptions:
• Shipping Charges: Shipping charges on expedited orders are not refundable
• Holiday Returns: During the holiday season (Nov. 1st – Dec. 25th), we will accept your return after 30 days so long as it is received by January 10th Return Conditions Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unused, and with all original tags attached.

How to Send Your Return To ship an item(s) back to Irish Thug Co please:
1.Sign into your IRISH THUG CO. account and indicate on your invoice which items you are returning. If you checked out as a guest, you can use your “PO No.:” (Found in the upper left-hand corner of your packing list; example: WEB-XXXXX)
2.Once the return is approved a prepaid UPS return label will be available to print
3.Pack your item(s) and invoice into a shippable bag/box and affix the UPS mailing label
4.Mail your package using one of the following methods:
• Schedule a free pick-up with your regular postal worker
• Drop your package in a mail drop box
• Drop your package at the post office Please allow 7-10 business days from the day your package was received for processing
